In response to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in preparation for the flu season: Bug Me Pest Solutions & Carpet Cleaning are aware of the high risk to our vulnerable Australians including the elderly and immunocompromised. The team have been monitoring the situation closely and are currently in the process of re-inducting staff to our hygiene & etiquette policies and procedures. We are taking measures and preparedness in the event further controls are required during future weeks and months.
For the protection of your family and ours, we ask that all clients who have or are considering booking in work to please inform us of the following,
-At the time of booking, if you or someone at the premise within the last 14 days returned from overseas travel or are in contact with someone else who has Coronavirus (or suspected).
- If anyone at the premise is currently in self isolation.
- If you develop a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath at any time prior to your scheduled appointment.
By informing us, you are allowing us to ensure we can make a plan whether it be PPE to be used or rescheduling the appointment. We are a family run business and hope to continue safe operations for as long as possible.
We understand, these questions may seem to be annoying or repetitive as they will now be commonly asked by many businesses but, as you can understand we are committed to the safety and well being of our staff, clients & community, directly and indirectly. This is an ever-evolving situation and flexibility may be required in the immediate future- we appreciate your cooperation.
